Tournament Information

June 6th to 8th, 2025

In the past, our Heritage Days has featured 300+ teams, 300 volunteers, 20+ vendors and a total attendance of over 15,000 people including players and their families, spectators, community members, sponsors and more. It’s an event with endless fun and the best competition!

In 2024, we had a fantastic tournament. We were pleased to host the tournament again and are looking forward to the 2025 event this summer – which will be our Tournament’s 20th anniversary!

*For Grassroots ages Under-9 to Under-12 in 2025, Girls will play Saturday and Boys on Sunday.

Divisions are available for U9 – U18 Boys and Girls!

Details:

• 2 x 25 minute halves
• U9/U10 – 2 matches – 7v7 format
• U11/U12 – 2 matches – 9v9 format
• U13 and up – 3 games guaranteed – 11v11 format

Registration Steps: registration opens Tuesday, January 21, 2025.

2) Make Payment to secure your spot. Cheques and e-transfers are accepted.

• E-Transfers can be made to: finance@ancasterlegacy.com
  Please include note: HDT, the age group, and the team name.

• If credit card payment is required for Tournament payment – please complete the registration at https://tourneymachine.com/E158697 and then contact our Club at finance@ancasterlegacy.com

There are no refunds within 30 days of the festival/tournament for team withdrawal or cancellation. All refunds will be subject to a $200 cancellation fee. 
Please note spots are not confirmed in the Tournament / Festival until payment is received.

3) Send Official Stamped Roster and Travel Permit to hdt@ancasterlegacy.com by May 19th, 2025.

4) On game day, register one hour before first game at the Registration Tent at your complex.  A copy of your official stamped roster and travel permit is required.   U13-U18 teams must also have official player ID cards (digital accepted) or books available to show at registration or if requested by game officials.  All game sheets must be presented.
