Grassroots Assessments & Competitive Tryouts
Ancaster Legacy Football Club will be holding Grassroots Discovery Sessions (age groups Under-8 to Under-13) & Competitive Tryouts (age groups Under-14 to Under-18) for the 2026-27 season beginning in September 2026
The Grassroots & Competitive programs promote:
- Improved Competition (District, Regional, I-Model) and Tournaments
- Player Development & Advancement: Program built on learning the Technical, Tactical, Physical and Social pillars of soccer
- Increased Commitment & Training
- Team Building – Having a Positive Player & Team Culture
- Licenced Coaches
- More Opportunities (Access to Additional Skill Clinics & High Performance Training to Ancaster Legacy players available)
*Please note, ALL Players attending ALFC tryouts must be registered on Power Up.
Walk-ons or those not registered will not be permitted to participate in any tryout sessions until they have completed the registration process.
