Hello Ancaster Legacy Members,
With the indoor season underway, it’s time to start planning ahead. It all begins with our Annual General Meeting (AGM) for our members.
Come be a part of our meeting and join us at:
Date: Sunday, December 21, 2025
Time: 10:00 AM (Doors open at 9:45 AM)
Location: Ancaster Marriott Hall – Ancaster Fairgrounds – Room A/B
To vote at the meeting, you must be a member of ALFC. Members include:
- Registered active club coaches and assistant coaches
- Registered active club game officials (referees)
- Registered active club administrators (directors or team managers)
Agenda:
- Reports for Competitive, Recreational, and Financial areas of the Club
- Election of several Board Members
Positions for Election:
- Vice President – 2-year term
- Secretary – 2-year term
- 3 Directors-at-Large – 2-year term
If you are a coach, manager, referee, or another ALFC member and cannot attend the meeting, please submit your proxy to someone who will be attending or email it to ccoccaro@ancasterlegacy.com
